2008, Carrara marble, 33*25*15 cm

This work was made during a sculpture week in Pietrasanta, the centre of the sculpture and marble industry in Tuscany, Italy. The old masters’ marble quarries are nearby, and some of the mountainous streams are full of marble fragments. This rhythmic sculpture was made from one of these fragments.
